Important note: Please be advised that during this Covid-19 pandemic, the item's arrival is expected to be a bit later than usual in 1-2 weeks of delivery time.
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase emails . When we received your request to return your item(s), we will give you an OK to ship the item(s) back to us.
To return your item(s), you should mail your item(s) to the address on the packet ( our phone number is required in the return packet) .
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
After you sent out your packet, please send us an email that including tracking numbers, shipping date and mail carrier name. It will help us processing your refund quicker. If you send the packet without tracking code, we will refund after we receive the packet fully.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after being delivered.
2.Refund Policy (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4.Sale item(s) (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
5.Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item(s), send us an email
